ASSESSMENT RATE
Cost of Assessments:
$2,500

*Payment is broken down into 3 payments
$500 deposit to secure clinical interview session
$1,000 to secure scheduling of first assessment session
$1,000 at start of first assessment session
Insurance
I do not accept insurance for ADHD assessments.

Unfortunately, if you have Blue Shield insurance, I will be unable to provide you with an assessment
Cancellation Policy
Since a large amount of time is set aside for testing, significant notice is required for cancellations.
Clinical interview session must be cancelled at least one week prior to the appointment.
​
Testing sessions must be cancelled at least 3 business days prior to the appointment.
