ASSESSMENT RATE

Cost of Assessments:

$3,500

*Payment is broken down into 3 payments

$500 deposit to secure clinical interview session

$1,500 to secure scheduling of first assessment session

$1,500 at start of first assessment session

I do not accept insurance for ADHD assessments.

Since a large amount of time is set aside for testing, significant notice is required for cancellations.

Clinical interview session must be cancelled at least one week prior to the appointment.

Testing sessions must be cancelled at least 3 business days prior to the appointment.
